Day 1 – Check In, Dive In

As soon as you arrive, there is a feeling of exhalation. Wellness lives here. 

Check in and explore your villa. Then head straight to the expanse of the Central Lagoon Pool for a refreshing swim and then enjoy a nourish bowl and smoothie on your pool lounge. 

As the afternoon wanes, take a short walk to Belongil Beach at the edge of the resort. Stroll along the more than two kilometres of untouched sand, spotting surfers and watching the seabirds coming home to Belongil Estuary as the day ends. 

Dust off the sand and dress for a dinner that celebrates the beginning of your wellness holiday. Azure Bar and Grill creates a warm and elevated dinner atmosphere.

You’ll find wellness at the heart of Elements’ cuisine with ingredients pulled directly out of the resort gardens or from local suppliers and cooked to perfection. Executive Chef Ebony Baker’s distinctive menu offers plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

Day 2 – Slow Down

Indulge in the glorious art of ‘the sleep in’. Restore the body and eliminate any sleep deficit in one of Elements of Bryon’s specially designed, sleep optimised beds. 

Wake up refreshed and head to the Azure Bar and Grill terrace for an al fresco breakfast, complete with a health elixir by The Beauty Chef

Now that you’re fuelled up, learn the secrets of the rainforest from our resident Landscape and Experiences Manager. Our guided rainforest walk will have you spotting wildlife and learning the secrets of native bush foods through the four ecologies that make up the resort’s expansive 50 hectares.  

Go from forest bathing under canopies of green to relaxing beside the blue of our Adults Exclusive Pool. Order a delicious lunch from Summer Salt served straight to your private cabana. 

Find a cosy nook in your villa or under a tree and read a book in the afternoon – there are plenty to choose from in our library. 

Wind down at the end of the day with a self-guided meditation walk through the resort grounds. End a day of relaxation with an extra long soak in your bath tub before snuggling into a bathrobe and ordering room service. Dinner comes so easily to your door!

Day 3 – Out and About

Head toward Belongil Beach to meet our resident yoga instructor from our First Light Club at Heart of the Bay. Follow the flow of this early morning yoga session set against stunning Pacific Ocean views before enjoying a well-earned Azure Bar and Grill breakfast. 

Just a short six minute walk from the resort, you can catch the world’s first solar powered train into Byron village, where you can take part in the destination’s iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse walk. You’ll pass beaches, clifftops and of course the white washed walls of the historic lighthouse. 

For wellness-oriented fare in a humming village setting, we recommend lunch at Combi or Bay Leaf, followed by shopping for cool new athleisure wear at Nagnata or Divine Goddess. 

Do a little people watching and Pacific Ocean bathing at Byron’s renowned Clarkes Beach before jumping on the train back to North Beach Station. 

Close to North Beach Station you’ll find easy access to afternoon pilates classes with the crew at Bende or for something a little higher octane try a martial arts inspired class at The Academy

Stay close by and have dinner at Barrio. Share plates full of Mediterranean and Italian food are served in a warm, authentic neighbourhood restaurant.

Day 4 – To the Hills

Repeat your new daily ritual of yoga at the First Light Club followed by breakfast at Azure Bar and Grill. 

The Byron Bay hinterland is enriched with crystals and gems. Crystal Castle pays homage to this natural phenomenon with a collection of crystal and wellbeing attractions and experiences. 

Walk through the Shambala Gardens, sit in an ancient amethyst cave, feel at peace with the largest blessing buddha in Australia or experience the magic of a sound healing session.

Approximately 15 minutes from Crystal Castle, the tiny hinterland village of Federal is home to a must-do lunch spot. Doma is a heavenly mix of bakery and Japanese inspired cuisine. 

Head back to Elements of Byron for an afternoon by the pool. Slip in an afternoon game of tennis or workout at the Fitness Centre. 

Enjoy your final holiday evening with a pre-dinner drink around the fire pit before dinner at Azure Bar and Grill.

Day 5 – Refreshed and Ready

Make the most of your final morning with yoga at the First Light Club and a lazy breakfast with the warm of the sun on your back on the Azure Bar and Grill terrace. 

Soak in as much holiday goodness as you can around the Central Lagoon Pool and take stock of how rested, refreshed and rejuvenated you feel after five days of wellness at Elements of Byron.
