We recognise the value and strength of our colleagues. We trust each other to be professional and to care for each other’s individual goals and those we strive to achieve as a team.
We pioneer Byron Bay hospitality. We do not merely deliver service, but always do more than is expected in thoughtful ways that create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality.
We strive to see the invisible. We continuously seek out new opportunities to create meaningful and authentic hospitality. We are encouraged to continuously ask ‘what if?’ and ‘why not?’.
We are privileged to be part of this rare destination and have a responsibility to protect it, share it and add to it in a positive and sustainable way.
Each of us brings our personal best to work, knowing that doing so allows us to create success that is meaningful to both us and the guests we serve.
While many people spend their lives yearning for the day they can “retire” to paradise, those who have chosen a career in hospitality get to live, work and play in extraordinary places such as Byron Bay.
Cape Byron is Australia’s most easterly point, located on the north coast of New South Wales. It’s a popular tourist destination, name-checked by celebs, and famous the world over for its beauty, beaches and chilled, creative vibe.
The average summer temperature is between 21C – 28C, and the average winter temperature is between 15C – 21C. Incredible blue skies as far as the eye can see make it a great place to enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities, including the many and varied festivals that colour the town throughout the year.
In addition to Byron Bay there are many small towns close by that offer the same, breezy Northern NSW lifestyle. Towns such as Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Suffolk Park, Ocean Shores and Brunswick Heads all provide a laid back regional lifestyle – all within a 30 minute drive to Byron Bay.
