Celebrate the most romantic day of the year at Azure Bar and Grill, located within the stunning Elements of Byron resort. Known for its commitment to local, seasonal ingredients and exceptional culinary craftsmanship, Azure invites couples to indulge in a Valentine’s Day dining experience that reflects the beauty and flavours of Byron Bay.

This carefully curated menu offers two courses for $110 or three courses for $130, showcasing the best of regional produce and Azure’s passion for creating unforgettable dining moments. Each guest will be welcomed with a complimentary drink—bubbles, beer, or a handcrafted mocktail—alongside house-made focaccia, setting the tone for an exquisite evening.

A Menu Designed to Impress
The Valentine’s Day menu highlights the freshest and finest ingredients, with entrée options including Tuna Tiradito, Pepperberry Venison, Zucchini Flower, or a vibrant Stonefruit, Fig & Whipped Goat’s Cheese Salad.

For mains, savour expertly prepared dishes like Scotch Fillet, Crispy Chicken Breast, Vegetable Gratin, or Seafood Spaghetti. End your meal on a sweet note with a choice of desserts, from refreshing Sorbets to decadent Black Forest, or the delicate Pistachio, Raspberry & Rosewater dessert, crafted as a nod to the season of love.

2 courses = $110 or 3 courses = $130

Complimentary –Bubbles, beer or mocktail on arrival. Followed by focaccia once seated.

  • Add on oysters (single, ½ dozen, dozen)

Choice of entrée:

  • Tuna tiradito – Spicy sunrise lime mayonnaise, Australian native togarashi, tempura crumb, ponzu dressing, finger lime caviar, crispy rice, avocado
  • Pepperberry venison – Chargrilled pepperberry venison loin, smoked beetroot ribbons, quandong chutney, Davidson plum gel, pickled onion, candied chocolate herbed nuts, wild rocket, cavalo nero
  • Tempura zucchini flower – Smoked cashew & almond cream, basil, lemon, caponata, grilled zucchini, bunya nut & macadamia nut praline
  • Stonefruit, fig & whipped goats cheese salad – Raspberry balsamic glaze, wild rocket, radicchio, caramelised pecans, apple gel, whipped goats cheese, fig, snow pea sprouts, flaky pastry puffs, hazelnut dressing

Choice of main:

  • Scotch fillet – Fire roasted farm vegetables
  • Crispy chicken breast – Cauliflower puree, asparagus, butter beans, cavolo nero, pea shoots, tarragon chicken jus
  • Vegetable gratin – Smoked coconut labneh, roasted red pepper, bush tomato & macadamia nut romesco, puffed wild rice, Jerusalem artichoke chips, Australian native togarashi
  • Seafood spaghetti – Moreton Bay bug, king prawns & mussels, confit tomatoes, white wine, creamy saffron bisque sauce, lemon, garlic, parsley

Choice of dessert:

  • Sorbets – House made sorbets served with seasonal fruits
