Elements of Byron has once again cemented its status as a leader in luxury accommodation, with two standout wins at the 2024 AHA National Awards for Excellence. The AHA Awards are a national showcase of Australia’s hottest pubs and hotels.
Ebony Baker, the resort’s Executive Chef, was named Chef of the Year – Accommodation Division, showcasing her exceptional culinary expertise. Meanwhile, Talent & Culture Manager, Justine Dorrell, was recognised for Excellence in Service – Accommodation Division for her unwavering commitment to our team’s culture and success.
These accolades highlight Elements of Byron’s unwavering dedication to excellence in hospitality and come off the back of recent recognition at the NSW Accommodation Australia Awards for Excellence 2024 where Ebony took out the coveted Chef of The Year category, while Justine won the Human Resources Talent of the Year category.
