Foreshore Italian takes its cues from the sun-soaked coastline of southern Italy, where simple ingredients, fresh flavours and convivial dining are part of everyday life.

The menu celebrates familiar Italian flavours alongside dishes shaped by the produce and coastal character of the Northern Rivers.

Dishes such as Funghi Truffle Risotto bring a little indulgence, while Prawn and Bug Linguine captures the restaurant’s coastal influence. Classics including Veal Milanese sit alongside fresh, generous dishes designed to be enjoyed together.
