This Mother’s Day, Elements of Byron Resort invites guests to indulge in an elegant and unforgettable High Tea experience on Sunday, May 12th. Set against the backdrop of our enchanting Azure Terrace, guests will be treated to a lavish spread featuring traditional delights such as freshly baked scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and an array of sweet and savoury treats meticulously prepared in-house by our talented culinary team. Delight in pastries and cakes crafted with care, including favourites such as Pear and Almond Frangipane Tart, Raspberry and White Chocolate Macaron, Burnt Vanilla Bean Gateaux, and more.
Adding to the splendour of the occasion, guests will enjoy live musical entertainment throughout the afternoon, enhancing the ambience and creating cherished memories.
In addition to the delectable menu offerings, guests will have the opportunity to elevate their experience with special beverage selections. This year, we are delighted to introduce a glass of Louis Roederer champagne, adding a touch of sophistication to the festivities. For those seeking a non-alcoholic option, our Byron Bay Tea station will offer a selection of freshly brewed teas, perfect for both energising or relaxation.
Tickets for the Mother’s Day High Tea at Elements of Byron Resort are priced at $110 per person, inclusive of tiered selection of sweet and savoury finger foods, bottomless tea, a glass of Louis Roederer champagne or mocktail upon arrival, and access to the Byron Bay Tea station. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
