Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise stated. The credit card provided to guarantee the reservation will only be charged in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellations, Amendments or No Shows

Low Season

Applicable all year round excluding Peak Season, Shoulder Season and Package Rates.

Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 8 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Cancellations or amendments made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation cost.
Cancellations, amendments, or no-shows within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total accommodation cost.

Shoulder Season & Package Rates

Including Spring School Holidays.

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, amendments, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.

Peak Season

Including Easter School Holidays and Christmas School Holidays.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
No cancellations or amendments are permitted within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, amendments, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.

Payment Surcharges

A 1% surcharge applies to Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. A 2% surcharge applies to American Express payments.

Hotel Information

Rates quoted are per room for the number of guests and dates selected, unless otherwise specified. Changes to reservation details may result in rate adjustments.
Deposits for reservations that are cancelled, shortened, or rescheduled may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
While specific villa or room numbers cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to accommodate guest preferences wherever possible.

Check-in

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early access to villas cannot be guaranteed; however, guests arriving before check-in are welcome to enjoy the lobby, restaurant, change room facilities, luggage storage, and central lagoon pool from midday.

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Pool facilities are reserved exclusively for in-house guests and are not accessible after check-out.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. A fee equivalent to 50% of the nightly accommodation rate will apply. Guests are encouraged to contact the reservations team in advance to arrange these services.
