Deposit Policy:

Reservation requires a credit card to guarantee the booking. Full payment required at the time of check in.
The credit card used to guarantee the booking will only be charged should a cancellation fee apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be cancelled or amended 8 or more days prior to arrival without penalty.
If cancelled or amended within 7 days of arrival a fee of 50% of total accommodation cost will apply.
Full accommodation cost applies if cancellation or booking amendment occurs within 24hrs of arrival or no shows.

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival avoid all cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total booking value.

* To make a reservation we require a credit card number over the phone, full name, email, contact number and residential address for all adults.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and dates selected, unless otherwise stated. Any changes may affect therate. Deposits for reservations that are cancelled, shortened, or rescheduled are subject to forfeiture based on cancellation policy described above. Although we do no guarantee specific room numbers, every effort is made to accommodate your requests.

Check-in time is 3pm. It is unlikely your villa will be available prior, however if you do arrive early, you have access to the lobby, restaurant, changeroom, luggage storage and central lagoon pool from midday.

Check out is 11am. The pools are accessible by resident guests only and restricted after check-out. If you would like to access your villa prior to check-in or a late check-out, please contact our reservations team. A fee equal to 50% of your nightly rate applies. Black outdates apply, subject to availability.
