With so much to see and do in Byron it’s tempting to get out and about. But this might be your last chance to lounge around for a while, what better place to do so than in your private villa. Get cosy, enjoy in-room movies and go the extra mile and order room service. Go on, it’s your babymoon!
A great way to take the weight off your feet is by soaking in a long hot bath. Each one of our villas is equipped with a deep, generous bath and some have a private bath house where you and your baby bump can relax in solitude. Either way, relaxation is on the menu.

First Light Yoga is a lovely way to start the day and it’s right on your doorstep. Take a breath as you listen to the sound of the waves and take your first downward dog with the ocean as your backdrop.
Daily yoga is complimentary for all guests and our teachers offer adaptations for pregnancy.

The Beach Byron
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and one of the few Byron eateries with views of the ocean, The Beach Byron serves up delicious fresh seafood, pasta and desserts. After you’ve eaten you can stroll along Clark’s beach down to The Pass.
Pantry 29 in Bangalow is a winding 15 minute drive into the hinterland where you can grab fresh salads, smoothies, healthy wraps, homemade soups and delicious raw treats – perfect for new mums and mums-to-be.
Azure Bar & Grill
The relaxed luxury of Azure Bar and Grill is perfect for a babymoon in Byron. Known for its woodfire grill, choose from steaks, seafood, pizza and nibbles. There’s something to satisfy every taste.
You don’t have to go far for great fare. Barrio is a short stroll from Elements and serves delicious breakfasts as well as Spanish style piri piri chicken, blackened eggplant, desserts and great coffee all day.
Plant powered vegan fare is the name of the game at No Bones. Open 7 nights from 5pm this is the place to go for a romantic low key vibe and deliciously healthy meat-free meals, ideal for a healthy babymoon in Byron Bay.
La Casita in Brunswick Heads serves up Mexican style share plates and mains and is ideal for a romantic babymoon lunch or dinner. Open 5pm till 9pm Wed-Mon and from midday on Sunday, this Mexican cantina has a modern yet authentic vibe.
Things to do
It’s easy to let the romance flourish on your babymoon trip to Byron. Spend time with your loved one and discover Byron as a couple before the family grows.
Head around the corner to The Farm or Santos where you can stock up on delicious local fruit, breads and gourmet goodies for your very own beach picnic. There’s also a farmer’s market most days at different locations in the Byron Shire, so simply ask reception for directions to the market of the day.
Once you’ve stocked up on local produce, head to the Lighthouse or place a blanket on site at Heart of the Bay or Belongil Beach at Elements for a romantic picnic to remember.
A guided walk in the natural surroundings of Elements can be the perfect babymoon pick me up. During the 2km round trip, our ranger will point out local wildlife and provide a history of the area. It’s an easy walk that can be booked at any time.
Don’t want to drive? Catch the solar train at North Beach Station, a 5 minute walk from Elements, into the heart of Byron Bay for a sunset at Main Beach and stroll around shops and restaurants.
Stop in at the Lone Art Goat Gallery next to the Byron Bay Library and check out the latest viewing of local artists. If you feel like sitting down, grab a book or read a magazine before catching the train back to Elements.
